i wanna shout out!!!!!!!!!

MAYLING VERY TIRED LAAAA!!!!!!

aiyoyoyoyo.....so long time nvr like so tired ad...

aihz....cheerleading....ya! tat's very successfull for everytime we practice~

ehmm....many new things and dance we have to learn together!

and do so many 'yoga' in tat~

phew~it is so hard for us...

hahaha!i love teacher dance look or doing yoga...it is so slim har~~

hahaha....and for today we really do so many bumping! and sit-up..

my muscle make our team feel so ache...and i wanna sleep~~

i feel so tired..whn i'm finish practice~

yup! i noe tat so long time i nvr go for sport~xixi~~

before we practice...teacher need us to run 10 rounds...wow~

my heartbeats drop so fast...whn i'm stop!

and next time b4 i do this...i need to comfirm i dun want eat...haha!

i scare i vomit just now..haha! faint la...~

form now on! i start to like practice cheerleading ...haha!

it is so wonderful~whn teacher is teaching...keke...

maybe i'm a .....a.......a.......really bad leader for this team..

but i will try my best to do it as well~

i'm promise i'll try to love cheerleading....

and i noe....for this few day we practice...

i get a good thg in our news...we even no practice everyday~

just for 3 days~but ...we can get a new result...and so fast they noe how to dance..

but tat's no full attendence...aihz...bad for this...

but i noe....one day...we have a full team thr...to practice together!

hahaha!!! heys! girls...come on...let's dance together! let's practice together...

tat's you will feel very successfull everytime...and cherish on tat time..

this is my last year at this sch and the last year i have cheerleading here!

i may to get a gud result on my sport day~and i suppose to get NO.1 on tat day~
